"Meet a DO" with Dr. Paul Aversano, Neurologist

Prospective students and accepted students are invited to join Paul Aversano, DO and Neurologist.
He'll be talking about medicine, what it's like to be a physician, and how to think and correlate with case presentations.

Dr. Paul Aversano graduated Des Moines University with a DO degree and then completed his residency in neurology at the Cleveland Clinic Hospitals.  He practiced neurology in Portland, OR. for 25 years while also teaching and mentoring WesternU grads from its inception in 1978.  He was part of the founding faculty of COMP-Northwest, and though retired often participates in clinical discussions with the Student Interest Group in Neurology and lectures in the Foundations of Medicine (FOM) 8 course in the COMP/COMP-Northwest curriculum.
